Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and thoughtfully packaged before shipping. Variations in shape, glaze, and finish are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement when available or another appropriate solution.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs once an order has been shipped, but we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
