Form and Hue Studio ("we," "us," "the studio") operates formandhuestudio.com, an online store for handmade ceramic pieces designed, thrown, and glazed by hand in Flagstaff, Arizona.

About the work Every piece is one of one or made in a small, limited batch. Natural variation in clay, glaze, and form is expected and is part of what makes each piece unique, not a defect. Listing photos and descriptions represent each piece as accurately as possible, but slight differences in color and texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of handmade glaze work.

Orders and payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through our Shopify checkout. Most pieces are ready to ship once purchased; if a piece is offered as a pre-order, the listing will clearly state the expected ship window.

Intellectual property All original designs, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Form and Hue Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability Form and Hue Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from this site. Pieces marked "decorative only" are not intended for food contact or dinnerware use; using them for purposes outside their stated intended use is done at the buyer's own risk.

Changes to these terms These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
