Shipping policy

Processing time Pieces ship within 10 business days of purchase. Since everything is hand-packed individually, I don't always ship same-day, but I move as quickly as I can, especially during drops.

Domestic shipping I ship via UPS Ground/USPS within the United States. Every piece is bubble-wrapped and packed with biodegradable packing peanuts in a box sized to fit the piece, ceramics need real cushioning to travel safely, so packaging is part of the cost of each shipment.

International shipping I ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Because ceramics need extra protection for longer transit, international orders are often double-boxed and priced individually rather than through automatic checkout rates. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, email me at formandhuestudio@gmail.com before or after purchasing and I'll put together an accurate shipping quote. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Multi-item orders If you purchase more than one piece in a single order, I review packing and shipping individually to make sure everything is protected properly. In rare cases this may mean an adjusted shipping charge, I'll always reach out before doing so.

Lost or delayed packages Once a package leaves my studio, transit time is in the carrier's hands. I'm happy to help track down a delayed package, but I'm not able to guarantee delivery dates once a piece ships.
