Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every piece from Form and Hue Studio is hand-built, one of one, and made in small batches. Because no two pieces are ever exactly alike, I'm not able to offer returns or exchanges for reasons like color, size, or personal preference once a sale is complete. I encourage you to read each listing carefully, including dimensions and any noted variation, before purchasing.

Damaged in transit If your piece arrives broken or damaged, that's a different situation and I want to make it right. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery at formandhuestudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, including the packagingl. I'll work with you on a replacement if one is available, store credit toward a future piece, or a refund, depending on what's possible.

Decorative-only pieces Some pieces, including anything labeled "The Seconds" or "decorative only," are sold with a disclosed limitation, such as a glaze that reacts to high-acid foods, and are not intended for food or dinnerware use. These are priced accordingly and are also final sale.
